ORDERS

1. How can I place an order?

Orders on our website can be placed through the online store, as well as by email or phone.

2. Can I make changes to my order?

Changes to the order can be made until it is dispatched. After the order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. Remember to provide your order number and a detailed description of the changes you want to make.

3. How can I receive a VAT invoice?

To receive a VAT invoice, you need to fill in the VAT ID and company name details when placing your order. The VAT invoice will be automatically issued after the order is completed and sent to the email address provided during the order placement.

SHIPPING

1. How much is shipping?

The shipping cost depends on the destination. Please use the calculator in the order summary to check the amount.

2. How long does delivery take?

If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If the item is made to order, the period is extended to 5-7 business days.

3. Can I choose a delivery day?

It is possible to arrange the date of delivery. Please contact us by e-mail after placing the order. Remember to include your order number and the desired delivery date.

RETURNS

1. How can I return an item?

You have the option to return your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. To do so, please fill out the return form available on our website in the customer service center: RETURNS. IMPORTANT! The shipping cost is covered by the buyer.

2. Where should I return the item?

In the case of a return, the item should be sent to the following address:

You can return the item via any carrier, but remember that the shipping cost is covered by the buyer.

3. Are returns free?

You have 14 days from the delivery of the package to make a return. If the product shows no signs of use, the amount equal to the value of a new product will be refunded. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

4. How will the refund be processed?

The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment. If you choose cash on delivery, you must provide your bank account number in the return form.

5. Which products cannot be returned?

Customized (personalized) products. The return of personalized products is not possible because they are made to order. However, if a personalized product is defective, you have the right to claim it.

6. Is it possible to exchange products?

Yes, it is possible to exchange a product. For this purpose, please contact us by email or phone. Remember to provide your order number.

IN-STORE SALES

1. Do you have a physical store? 

We do not operate an official physical store for Ginger’s Tactical Gear. We exclusively conduct sales through our online store.

2. Can I purchase GTG products in a physical store? 

Our products are available at physical stores through distributors. You can find a list of all distributors along with their addresses and store details here: DISTRIBUTORS.

PRODUCTS

1. Do you offer discounts for military, law enforcement, or rescuers?

If you are a member of the uniformed services, you will receive a 10% discount on your purchases. To obtain the discount code, please contact us at gtg@gtg.com.pl.

2. Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are handmade in Poland using materials sourced from the United States.

3. What size vest should I choose?

The GPC™ 1.0 vest is available in two sizes: M and L. They are compatible with SAPI cut plates with the following dimensions:

- SAPI M – 24.5 x 31 x 2 cm
- SAPI L – 25.5 x 33 x 2 cm
