This adapter allows the TOTEM™ 9MM pouch to be mounted at a 40° angle on a 2" belt. It is modular and reversible, meaning the pouch can be tilted in either direction. TOTEM™ 9MM 40° ADAPTER is affixed to the belt by the included velcro strap, and the pouch attaches with screws to the CURV® plate.
